The purpose of this Phase 1ESA was to gather data and render a professional opinion as to the potential for environmental impairment and risk on thie subject property known as "recognized environmental conditions", related to pase historical and curent practices at the subject and adjacent properties.

This report covers provides detail information stating the following: There are no State or Federal Endangered Species on the project site. There are no Cultural Resources on the project site. The Project site is not located near a national Wild or Scenic River. No resource mitigation is planned, as no resource has been eliminated.

This letter from the Department of the Army verifies that our project is authorized under the terma and limitations of Nationwide Permit No 39 (Residential, Commercial and Industrial Development). 

The Right to store these waters has been perfected under Reservoir Permit R-7737.
