This father daughter duo have been kicking around the idea of developing this property for over 20 years due to its prime location. There are currently three residences on the property one of which is occupied by Bruce and another is occupied by Vivien and her husband Mike. Vivien has recently completed the restoration of a multifamily property and is ready to sink her teeth into another project. Bruce also has project development in his background, but would rather spend his days fishing and working on personal projects. He is very excited to finally see this project moving forward.
